I stepped on the green for the first time at the age of eight years old, and from then on I was hooked on the game of golf. Throughout the years, golf course management has become my passion. I have had the opportunity to work at highly-rated golf courses starting out as a green’s keeper in college and working my way up to Senior Assistant Superintendent at Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. I have had a variety of experiences at private clubs and resorts with up to 72-holes with both cool and warm season turf grasses. I have thrived in an environment with the highest standards in course conditioning, member services, and providing the best possible golf experiences for our members and guests. Throughout my tenure as Senior Assistant Superintendent, I have improved my skills in staff leadership, training, and motivating members of our team. I am looking forward to enhancing my career and becoming a Golf Course Superintendent.
